With Tough Times Comes Creative Measures
We on the Iron Range are coming
together to solve the issues of increasing costs and resources that are not.
People on the Iron Range have a
long history of being competitive in athletics, education and just about
everything else. The communities get their roots from the logging camps
who competed fiercely, from the different ethnic groups who came here for work
and who couldn't speak each other's languages and did not share customs.
The communities have tried for decades to move beyond this history, to work
together for the good of all, but it evident that this is a process.
Some things communities are
working together on are: Hibbing Area:

Central Iron Range Sanitary Sewer
